There is so much discussion around AI lately—how people are using it, why they’re using it, and around AI not being able to act alone in creating interesting, smart work. We agree!

What’s really on our minds, though—and what we’re covering in our latest conversation—is how much our relationship with AI has evolved in one year.

Two big things we’ve learned:

1. Technology moves FAST. We’re constantly exploring new tools—not just testing them but asking, “How is this going to improve our work?” If it’s not an asset to our work or process, we’re likely not using it—or maybe not using it the right way (which brings us to our next point!).

2. Relationships matter. Each platform has its strengths, but learning how to use them effectively, and in combination with one another, doesn’t happen overnight. It’s about training, experimenting, and aligning tools with your creative process.

We see our creative community realizing that AI isn’t the solution to every problem—it’s a tool to help solve them through research, strategic thinking, and our expertise. But what about what we’ve learned from the relationships we’ve built with AI? How do your tools work together to improve flow, process, and outcomes?

Do you feel smarter, faster, better? In some ways, we definitely do
